WARRANTY & DISCLAIMER

IronDoor.com provides certain warranties that all iron doors and products sold through our website will be free from certain defects according to this warranty. Subtle variations in appearance are a natural result of handcrafted artistry, adding to its uniqueness rather than being considered flaws. Please note that glass breakage is not covered under this warranty.

  1. Our Products are expertly handcrafted and are unique to IronDoor.com. Small variations in appearance are a natural part of the handmade process and contribute to the distinctive character of each item, rather than being considered flaws. Please note that our warranty does not cover corrosion. Rust is caused by exposure to water, whether from direct hosing, cleaning with water, or inadequate protection from the elements. To prevent water-related damage, we strongly recommend installing an overhang to shield your door.
  2. Unless otherwise specified, stock orders arrive within 3-16 days once shipped depending on location. Although for a custom order the process takes 2 to 5 months, supply chain problems or strong demand could cause longer delivery times.
  3. IronDoor.com doors are galvanized for added durability, but prolonged exposure to water can accelerate natural aging. To preserve your door's appearance, we recommend protecting it from direct water exposure whenever possible. Changes such as rust or wear resulting from regular use or weather conditions are part of the natural aging process and are not considered defects under our terms and conditions. Since metal is susceptible to rust when exposed to moisture, it is important to promptly wipe away any water or condensation to help prevent corrosion.
  4. IronDoor.com retains the right to cancel any order resulting from any unanticipated events including but not limited to low availability, unsatisfied expectations, delays, supply chain problems, etc.

Warranty Claims: All warranty claims must be made within thirty (30) days of the appearance of the defect. To make a warranty claim, contact us here, with message of “Attn: Warranty Department”. Include the following information: your name, address, telephone number, the date you purchased your product, order number, specific definition of problem or defect. Once we have received your email, we will respond to your claim promptly.

  1. The warranty is non-transferrable (Unless you have a Pro Trade Account) and thus cannot be passed on to a subsequent owner of the Product or your property.
